Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to assist with various warehouse tasks. The Warehouse Helper will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
• Help with picking and packing orders accurately for shipment.
• Move and organize products within the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently (training provided if necessary).
• Support the loading and unloading of trucks.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
