Warehouse Helper at Aurora Traders LLC

Aurora Traders LLC is looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to join our team. In this role, you will support the efficient operation of our warehouse by assisting with a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading goods, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and Unloading: Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring that products are handled with care and transported safely within the warehouse.
• Inventory Organization: Help organize and maintain inventory by stacking, arranging, and labeling goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Order Preparation: Assist in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that items are accurate and ready for delivery.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by sweeping, disposing of waste, and keeping aisles clear.
• Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Physical Ability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and moving quickly within the warehouse.
• Team Player: Strong ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues as needed to meet warehouse goals.
• Reliability: A consistent work ethic, punctuality, and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Attention to Detail: Careful attention to detail when handling goods and preparing orders, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus, but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
