Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing, storage, and distribution of goods in our warehouse. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products and materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime if needed.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
