Aurora Traders LLC is seeking a hardworking and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an integral part of our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that our products are efficiently received, stored, and dispatched to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, verify the accuracy of received goods, and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Stocking and Organizing: Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring that products are easily accessible and properly labeled.
• Order Picking: Accurately pick items from inventory according to customer orders, ensuring the correct quantity and quality of products are selected.
• Packing and Shipping: Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipping, including labeling and arranging for transportation.
• Inventory Management: Assist with regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels, reporting any shortages or overages.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized by regularly sweeping floors, disposing of trash, and ensuring that aisles are clear of obstructions.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse team members to coordinate tasks and ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is preferred but not required.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking, packing, and inventory management.
