  • able to make a real positive difference to the lives of the people we support

  • be reliable (key for relief workers)

What will you do as a Flexible Support Worker:

  • Accompany the people we support to leisure and personal activities or appointments
  • Support people to attend work or daytime activities - often in our own Day Services
  • Help to maintain good domestic standards within the service (house) – encouraging the service user to participate in all domestic activities.
  • Help with personal care if required
  • Update paperwork/online care systems and other administration tasks as needed
  • Prepare meals for or with the people we support – ensuring they have a healthy and balanced diet.
