Job title:        Deputy Locality Manager

Hours:           37.5 per week

Locations:      Wirral ~ Rock Ferry, Prenton

Status:          Permanent

Salary:          £12.79 ~ £25,013

Job Profile:

  • Within the aims and objectives of the organisation, and under the direction of the Locality Manager and the Registered Manager, to lead a team of Supported Living Workers to establish and maintain a high standard of care practice within the organisation.
  • This involves providing leadership to ensure a happy, caring and secure environment for the people we support, together with a well-structured programme of leisure activities, and social skills training for each individual, in accordance with the values of the organisation.
  • To actively promote an autism-specific culture by ensuring that the work practices, environment, communication aids and structures are in place to support the individual needs of the people we support.
  • To deputise in the absence of the Locality Manager.
