We are searching for a highly qualified marketing coordinator who can contribute to new and existing programs while ensuring the timely and efficient flow of information and materials through the marketing department to align with company goals. This role will focus on B2C-related marketing initiatives, social media and website management, content creation, and ensuring marketing compliance. The candidate must be an organized multitasker, with strong communication skills and be able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications or related field or equivalent experience.
- Over three years’ experience in marketing and/or traffic coordination or similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Experience in project management tools
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in the technology, financial industry.
- Additional experience with the Hispanic market.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Goal Tracking: Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
- Traffic Coordination: Plan and schedule projects, tracking and reporting on progress, managing email distribution lists, keeping track of inventory and budget, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Reporting & Metrics: Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
- Research: Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
- Platform Proficiency: Utilize expertise in project management platform Monday.com to optimize workflow efficiency and resource allocation.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency and quality across all materials.
- Visualization Tool Management: Build and manage Figma boards for project visualization, collaborating with design and content teams to maintain a cohesive approach.
- Coordination with Partners: Facilitate coordination with internal and external partners for project reviews, ensuring timely feedback and collaboration.
- Support Activities: Provide comprehensive support for a wide array of marketing activities, including content updates, project documentation, and coordination efforts. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials consistent with the brand identity.
