As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and their needs
- Analyze and assess market trends, competition, and customer behavior to develop effective marketing strategies
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email, and search engine advertising
- Collaborate with the creative team to design promotional materials and content that align with the brand and messaging
- Monitor and measure the success of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategies and campaigns
- Communicate with clients on a regular basis to understand their needs and provide updates on campaign progress and results
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and provide insights for future campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital agency setting
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hootsuite
- Strong experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
