This is a full-time/part-time position, doing customer service/order-entry and office management. It is an customer service/order-entry position in fast paced work environment. Must be detail oriented with computer skills. 10-key by touch necessary. Also entails basic office duties like filing, mailing, etc., as needed. Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries using a multi-line phone
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools/methods
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within an appropriate time frame
Process orders over the phone
Cash Handling for customers who pick up their product from our location
File paperwork into the appropriate files
Projects involving the use of Microsoft word and Excel programs
Multi-task working with customers and numerous projects
Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative
Proper phone etiquette and active listening skills are required
Experience with using a multi-line phone
Data entry experience
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people/customers
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree or equivalent
