Content Marketing Manager - Corporate (Part-Time)

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Manager to join the team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in amplifying the client's message and building a strong online presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle, from (basic) video editing and content creation to social media strategy and audience engagement.
- Part-time: 20 hours per week
- 100% remote job / independent contractor
- Working hours: Flexible hours (Australia working hours)
- Monthly Starting Salary: $600, slightly flexible depending on level of experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Create a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Create engaging and optimized content (posts, videos, articles) that drives audience engagement, thought leadership, and business results.
- Edit weekly live stream recordings, including adding subtitles, creating engaging intros/outros, and incorporating graphics.
- Transcribe videos and repurpose content into high-quality blog posts, LinkedIn articles, social media captions, and other formats (e.g., Reels, short-form videos).
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and messaging.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- 2 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, and video editing, preferably gained in a corporate setting.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
- Deep understanding of the social media algorithm, best practices, and audience engagement.
- Solid background in digital marketing principles, including SEO, social media advertising (optional), and content marketing best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with impeccable English grammar and fluency.
