Graphic Designer (remote)
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will create compelling social media posts, edit images, and design templates that align with our clients' specific brand styles. - Part-time: 20 hours per week to start (will grow into full-time)
- Remote job
- Working hours: Between 9 am - 6 pm CET
- Monthly Starting Salary: $400
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Design and create social media posts, internal communication visuals, and templates in line with our clients’ branding guidelines.
- Develop templates for various occasions (e.g., employee recognition, special event promotions) using the provided brand style guides.
- Edit and enhance photographs for professional use in marketing campaigns, websites, or other materials.
- Collaborate with our marketing and advisory teams to ensure all designs support the company’s and clients’ overall strategies.
- Create interactive posts (e.g., quizzes, polls) to increase engagement on social media platforms, maintaining consistency with clients' brand aesthetics.
- Implement feedback from internal teams and clients, ensuring all designs meet high standards of quality and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Experience in designing templates and graphics that follow specific style guides, color codes, and brand elements.
- Skilled in photo editing and graphic design for social media content.
- A strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring professional and engaging designs.
- Excellent time management skills, capable of handling multiple design projects simultaneously.
- (Desirable but not mandatory) Experience with motion graphics and interactive content creation.
