The Role:
We’re looking for a high-level marketing strategist who can craft and refine the client’s brand’s voice, ensure their messaging is clear and consistent, and develop impactful marketing strategies to help them shine at key industry events. You’ll be the architect of their brand identity, the voice behind their content, and the creative genius who propels them forward. Specifically, you’ll lead their LinkedIn content and community management efforts, oversee their website marketing content, and craft creative campaigns that position them as leaders in the financial sector.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Brand Positioning: Develop and implement strategies that uniquely position the client’s firm in the market. Ensure their tone of voice is strong, clear, and consistent across all channels.
- Content Mastery: Create and manage strategic content calendars. Develop compelling content—from thought leadership pieces to social media snippets—that captures their brand story.
- LinkedIn Management: Lead all aspects of LinkedIn content creation, curation, and community engagement to build a vibrant and active online presence.
- Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of our website, ensuring it reflects their brand and engages their audience effectively.
- Event Marketing: Strategize and promote their presence at industry events, ensuring they make a splash and leave a lasting impression.
- Creative Strategy: Dream up promotional ideas that resonate with their audience. Don’t just follow trends—set them.
- Market Analysis: Dive deep into competitor analysis and market trends to inform and refine their marketing strategies.
- Lead with Innovation: Don’t just execute—innovate. We want someone who brings fresh, bold ideas to the table.
Who You Are:
- Strategic and Visionary: You think big and execute even bigger. You have a knack for seeing the bigger picture while managing the finer details.
- Financial Marketing Pro: With experience in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, banks, or similar environments, you understand the unique challenges of financial marketing. You must have at least 5 years of experience (in total) to qualify for this role.
- Proactive and Driven: You take initiative, think two steps ahead, and love making things happen.
- Marketing Expert: Experienced in brand positioning, content strategy, and digital marketing, especially on LinkedIn and company websites.
- Community Builder: Skilled at engaging and growing online communities, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Creative Content Creator: Capable of crafting content that stands out, whether it’s a compelling post, an engaging reel, or a polished event promo.
- Data-Driven: You make decisions based on data and insights, not just intuition.
- Dynamic and Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are always ready to adapt and innovate.
