For a Singapore-based prop firm, we are currently seeking an Operational Manager to take the lead of and streamline the day-to-day operations. • Full-time: 40 hours a week
• Remote job
• Working hours: Flexible (between 9 am - 6 pm Singapore time)
• Monthly Starting Salary: $1000
   

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily back-office operations.
• Supervise customer support teams to ensure high-quality service and timely resolution of client issues.
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage and process payouts.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent disruptions.
• Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and systems.
• Provide leadership and guidance to operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
   

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the brokerage industry, with a focus on forex trading.
• Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in using operational and trading software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications or training in brokerage operations are a plus.
