Recruitment Specialist (Independent Contractor)
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Working Hours: Flexible, between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PH Time
Compensation: Php 20,000 - 25,000 per month

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a global company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and interviewing candidates for a broad range of positions, from rank-and-file to mid-level roles. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility in working hours, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for various roles.
- Interviewing: Manage and facilitate the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and providing guidance on best practices.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic recruitment insights.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually enhance the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strengths in sourcing and interviewing.
- Experience recruiting for a broad range of positions, from rank-and-file to mid-level roles.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently without the need for micromanagement.
- Experience working in a global company is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
