Social Media Manager (remote)
The successful candidate will work as a Social Media Marketing Manager at a leading full-scope digital marketing agency, mainly operating in Australia and Bali. This agency provides comprehensive digital marketing packages, enabling clients to focus on the big picture while they handle everything from planning and curating to executing and selling. As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be essential in managing and optimizing the clients' social media presence. Your tasks will include creating posting schedules, developing content calendars a month in advance, generating insights reports, and collaborating with the production team. You will be a strategic thinker and a creative force, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' brands and making a lasting impact in the digital world.
- Part-time: 25 hours per week to start (will grow into full-time within 3 months)

- Working hours: Flexible (between 9 am - 6 pm PH time)
- Monthly Starting Salary: $500
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage posting schedules and content calendars.
- Create and post engaging content on Instagram and Meta.
- Generate insights reports to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality content creation and delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly on Instagram and Meta.
- Ability to create and manage content calendars and posting schedules.
- Strong understanding of social media insights and analytics.
- Experience in boosting posts and managing ad campaigns on Instagram and Meta is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
