They are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant who can seamlessly execute tasks, manage social media platforms, and engage with potential collaborators. The Role:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will support the channel’s growth by managing daily social media tasks, handling outreach to potential partners, and assisting with content creation. You’ll work closely with the channel owner to bring pre-established strategies to life, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and is eager to contribute to the success of a leading luxury lifestyle brand.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Social Media Posting: Execute daily social media content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring posts follow pre-established guidelines and align with the brand’s tone.
- Collaboration Outreach: Identify and analyze potential companies for collaboration, reaching out via email and maintaining ongoing relationships with partners.
- Relationship Management: Stay in touch with potential collaborators, following up regularly to foster long-term partnerships.
- Basic Content Creation: Assist in creating digital content using tools like Canva, ensuring it’s in line with the brand’s luxury aesthetic and messaging.
- Lead Magnet Creation: Support the development and implementation of lead magnets to attract and engage a dedicated subscriber base.
- Mailing List Management: Set up and manage tools like ManyChat to build and maintain a mailing list, ensuring effective communication with the audience.
- Task Reporting: Provide regular end-of-day reports and updates on progress, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
Who You Are:
- Excellent Communicator: You have strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and can adapt your tone to fit the brand’s satirical, humorous style while maintaining professionalism.
- Copywriting Enthusiast: While you don’t need to be an expert, you have experience writing emails and messages that are clear, engaging, and aligned with the luxury brand’s voice.
- Proactive and Dependable: You take initiative, get things done without needing constant reminders, and are reliable in providing regular updates on your progress.
- Hands-On Learner: You’re willing to learn new tools and processes, especially in the areas of social media management and outreach, with guidance.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You manage tasks efficiently, track deadlines, and can handle multiple responsibilities while staying focused.
- Creative with Basic Design Skills: You have basic design skills (Canva) to assist with content creation, though you’ll primarily be executing rather than strategizing.
- Eager to Contribute: You understand sales and partnerships and are comfortable reaching out to potential partners, following up, and maintaining relationships.
