Virtual Assistant (VA) - Online Course Development
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Virtual Assistant to assist a thought leader in the change management, personal development, communication, and leadership coaching space, in bringing her experience and knowledge online as a course. This will include creating, managing and after that expanding the online course environment, with the input from experts.  The ideal candidate should have experience in online course creation, preferably with platforms like Kajabi, and a background in marketing and/or design. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual who is enthusiastic about personal development and eager to embark on new projects.
 

• Part-time: 20 hours per week to start (will grow into more hours)
• Remote job
• Working hours: Flexible
• Monthly Starting Salary: $350 
   

Key Responsibilities:

• Research various online course platforms (such as Kajabi) to determine the best fit for the client's needs.
• Build and customize the chosen platform to create an engaging and visually appealing course environment.
• Collaborate with the client to visualize and implement the client's ideas for the courses.
• Assist in the development of course content, uploading new courses, and maintaining existing ones.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the courses, including participant inquiries and support.
• Develop and execute general marketing strategies to promote the courses.
• Manage social media accounts to increase visibility and engagement for the courses (and potentially the client’s other company as well).
   

Qualifications:

• 2 years experience in building online course environments with platforms like Kajabi.
• 2 years experience with digital marketing and design principles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, creative, and hands-on.
• Passionate about personal development, change management and leadership. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Continuous learning and self-development.
• Practical and proactive approach to tasks.
• Quick thinker, able to adapt and respond to new ideas enthusiastically.
• Structured and organized, with a knack for bringing order to creative chaos.
• Flexible and adventurous, ready to jump into new projects and challenges.
• Experience with Platforms such as LinkedIn, IG and FB. 
• Creative design using tools like Canva
