YouTube Video Editor & Content Repurposing Specialist
The successful candidate will work as an assistant to an entrepreneur with a dynamic marketing agency and YouTube channel. With a focus on educating individuals on various marketing tools and tactics, the Youtube channel mainly serves to provide actionable tips and tricks to help our audience succeed in their marketing endeavors. You can grow into a full-time position for the other businesses and YouTube channels this client is managing.
- Part time (1 month trial with flexible hours and opportunity to grow to full time)

- Working hours: Flexible
- Monthly Salary: $250 - $500 (depending on experience)
- Starting date: ASAP
Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Edit videos to enhance quality, remove filler words, and add relevant infographics or visual elements.
- Ensure videos are optimized for YouTube and other platforms.
- Repurpose video content into engaging blog posts for WordPress website.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for blog posts.
- Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas for new videos and blog topics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and YouTube algorithm changes to optimize content strategy.
Must-Have Skills and Experience:
We seek a candidate who is both proactive and responsible, capable of managing their workload and eager to explore innovative solutions through research and testing. To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of proven video editing experience.
- 3+ years experience writing blogs and using Wordpress.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) with experience in removing filler words and enhancing visual appeal.
- Strong understanding of YouTube best practices, including video optimization, audience engagement, and brand building.
- Experience with content repurposing, particularly in transforming videos into written blog content.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic knowledge of website management (e.g., uploading and formatting blog posts).
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and informative blog posts.
- Excellent English Communication skills (verbal and written).
- Any knowledge of Google Ads, Tiktok ads, or Pinterest are nice to have because that will be the topics for the video’s and blogs.
