BenchSpark is a digital advisory and consultancy for private equity funds and their portfolio companies.

A key service area is supporting retail and consumer brands in their ecommerce activities. These companies rely on BenchSpark as an expert outsourced digital team, and in some cases we fully manage these channels on their behalf.

Due to a period of rapid growth, an opportunity has arisen to join BenchSpark as an Amazon Trading Executive, supporting our clients in growing their direct to consumer revenue.

This is a broad role encompassing trading, merchandising, optimisation, analysis and reporting. The Amazon Trading Executive will have direct hands-on experience in these areas, probably gained in a specialist marketplace position within a small to medium sized company.

We are looking for a hands-on operator with a data led point of view that wants to make a measurable difference to our clients’ performance.

The business operates a flat structure, and the Amazon Trading Specialist will report to the directors from day one, with client-facing opportunities. We are looking for someone to grow with the business over time.

BenchSpark is a remote-first company, so the role is mainly home based, with company and client meetings 2-3 times per week in Central London. For those who prefer to not to work at home, access to flexible office space can be provided.
