BenchSpark is a boutique digital advisory for private equity funds and their portfolio companies.

Two key services areas are bespoke market and competitor intelligence reports, and digital and commercial due diligence.

Due to a period of rapid growth, an opportunity has arisen to join BenchSpark as Head of Digital Research & Insights, supporting the directors in producing high impact commercial reports for their clients.

Our reports rely heavily on search engine and social media data, as well as other alternative data sets and data scraping tools. These digital data sets, combined with other qual/quant research techniques and commercially available information, allow us to provide consumer, product, market, and competitive intelligence to our investor and brand clients.

We are looking for an individual who can assume end to end management of our research practice, and who is equally comfortable pitching to potential clients as they are digging into data to find relevant insights.

The business operates a very flat structure, and the Head of Digital Research & Insights will report to the business owners, with client-facing duties from day one. We are looking for someone to take ownership of the practice and build the size of business over time.

BenchSpark is a remote-first company, so the role is mainly home based, with company and client meetings 2-3 times per week in Central London. For those who prefer to not to work at home, access to flexible office space can be provided.
