BezoMoney is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to manage and spearhead its financial literacy brand, BezoSmart. In this role, you will create online content, run a podcast, launch campaigns, organize events/conferences and manage the BezoSmart Ambassador Program for students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about online media, social activities and educating young people about money!

Responsibilities
- Create content for social media (IG, Facebook, Tiktok, Whatsapp, Telegram, Youtube and Twitter)
- Manage and scale BezoSmart Ambassador Program on campuses
- Manage and grow BezoSmart Podcast Series
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and brand awareness
- Launch campaigns to grow brand and monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
Requirements
- Proven experience as a content creator, marketing executive or similar role
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
- Experience running a podcast, fellowship programs or similar programs for young individuals
- Good understanding of market research techniques
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline is a plus
- Good understanding of finance is a plus
