BezoMoney is seeking an experienced Product Manager to ensure the success of its products and that they are fulfilling their offerings. The person will work to understand the company’s technology and customers at a deep level and interact with teams such as product engineering, product design, customer relationship and marketing to lead strategy for the development and launch of products.

Job Purpose:
Responsibilities
- Gathers data to come up with ideas for new products and features including curating ideas and deciding which ones are worth working on
- Analyzes market and competition data to create products to match and surpass current industry standards
- Defines the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning
- Creates, maintains, and adjusts the product-line-level strategy and production schedules
- Communicates product vision to the sales and product marketing teams to obtain market share for the product.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create wire-frames, inform experience design, and define mutually exclusive and collectively extensive user requirements.
- Balances the needs of the customers and limitations defined by stakeholders
- Manages testing to detect and fix issues to make necessary improvements
- Gathers customer feedback to further improve the product
- Coordinates with respective teams regarding product launch
- Tracks product performance
- Oversees products throughout the product life cycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, working as a product manager on Agile development teams developing global digital products, preferably within the domain of financial technology.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving proficiencies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal/presentation with abilities to speak to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Sound organizational skills with proven experience meeting firm deadlines and competing priorities.
- Ability to write product specifications and understand design concepts and principles.
