The Business Development Manager is an essential contributor to the growth of the company.
You will be at the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- Salary: £30k+ (dependent on experience)
- Commission: TBC
- Personal bonus: Profit related

Responsibilities
- Develop and take ownership of our existing sales strategy
- Work with the board of directors to develop future sales strategies
- Discover relevant opportunities where we can show value
- Book meetings with potential customers and strategic partners
- Research market opportunities and prospects
- Prepare sales contracts
- Maintain sales pipeline software
- Work with the marketing team to promote Bliss
- Build long-term relationships with potential and existing customers and partners
- Manage business development partners
- Communicate progress and collaborate with the rest of the Bliss team
