Who are Bliss?
Bliss is a digital agency that provides strategic creative and technical solutions for local, national and international organisations. We have an office in Manchester city centre, but are generally working at home due to Covid - we want the best of both worlds in the future.
We’re friendly, collaborative and fair, and require all team members to embody these core values.
Bliss is a sustainable business that wants to contribute more than we take. Our work in the humanitarian, charity and nonprofit sectors reflects our values, and we are looking to expand this in 2021 and beyond. We are an accredited employer of the Living Wage Foundation, and are working toward B Corp certification.
Quality is very important to us, and we are constantly striving to improve our skills, knowledge and working practices. Where we don’t think we’re able to be great, we’ll look to partners who are.
If this sounds like the sort of agency you’d like to work for, we’d love to hear from you!
Our values
At Bliss, personal values are as important as experience and skills. If you’re not a good fit for our agency, you won’t enjoy your job, and that’s not good for anyone.
Be Good
We believe in looking after each other, the planet and its inhabitants. We don’t want you to be selfless, but we do expect you to do the right thing above all else.
Be Friendly
Open yourself up to your colleagues and clients and they’ll do the same for you. In this way you’ll create friendships from work relationships, gaining trust, respect and support.
Be Harmonious
We’re a team, and work to the same goals even when we might not agree individually. You’ll be the sort of person that gets as much out of collective success as you do from personal victories.
