Position: Sales Associate at BNA Business Center

As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing accounts. Your main goal will be to exceed sales targets and provide top-notch customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets

- Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

- Attend industry events to network and generate leads

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and campaigns to attract and retain clients

- Keep track of sales and report progress to management on a regular basis

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors' products and services

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

- Proven track record of successful sales experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Knowledge of the B2B marketplace is a plus
