The product is already launched, and running, now it needs a dedicated team to take it to the next level.

Your mission - to optimise AI workloads for scalability and deliver exceptional ROI for clients.
Responsibilities
- AI strategy development – collaborate with clients and colleagues to craft comprehensive AI strategies that align with client goals and leverage AI technology efficiently.
- Development team – work closely with product managers, analysts, and developers to keep our product on the cutting edge.
- AI solution design – design and scale robust AI solutions by selecting the right algorithms, frameworks (including ChatGPT and Langchain), and data structures to meet client needs.
- Technical consulting – provide expert guidance on AI-related matters, from data pre-processing to model selection and performance optimisation.
- Research and innovation – stay updated with the latest AI advancements, explore innovative problem0solving approaches, and recommend emerging AI techniques.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer – Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing activities to empower clients and internal teams to leverage AI solutions effectively.
- Performance Evaluation – develop metrics and frameworks to assess AI system performance, driving continuous improvement.
The core skills we are looking for are as follows, with bonus points on offer to help you really stand out from the pack:
Essential
- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, consulting or PM roles
- A broad understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
- Good practice of remaining up-to-date with current trends
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT
- Hands-on experience with Langchain
- Proactive team member
- Good communicator across the company
Bonus points
- B2B Insights and/or SaaS experience
- A passion for start-up life
- Entrepreneurial experience
