Key Responsibilities:

- Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and update account information.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve call centre performance goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage but not required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
- Technical: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
