Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our food production operations at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. This position is vital for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and delivery, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of food production, including planning, coordination, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high sanitary standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with culinary teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Resolve any issues that arise during food preparation and service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in kitchen management or food production
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Production Supervisor
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to manage high-volume kitchen environments
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- High school diploma or equivalent require
