Capnox Assets Advisors is seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and data entry

- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for team members

- Organize and maintain the existing electronic filing system

- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations as needed

- Handle any other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting

- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
