Senior Accountant at Care Dynamics

Join a leading intermediate gold mining company with assets located in several of the world's most prolific precious metal districts, including the USA, Türkiye, Canada, and Argentina. We are a recruitment firm seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to manage financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Location: Valmy, NV (Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in office)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial and accounting processes.
• Manage financial reporting and compliance.
• Handle cost and financial accounting disciplines.
• Ensure accurate budgeting and financial planning.
• Administer office management and financial administration tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in Accounting and Finance.
• Professional accounting designation preferred.
• 5-10 years of related accounting and general office experience, including experience within a mining environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting/financial procedures and administration.
• Knowledge of basic economic, budgeting, and accounting principles, compliance, and practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP financial reporting system.
• Experience implementing ERP systems.

Salary: Up to $105,000 annually

Work Authorization: US Citizen, GC resident. No Visa candidates.
