More about the Role:
This position is for a full-time or part-time contractor who is able to maintain a 3 business day turnaround on first draft materials sent to clients. Compensation is provided per package completed.
A day in the life of our resume writer:
The writer will be client-facing and involved in all client interaction.
The writer will talk with leads who are interested in using our services and be confident and skillful in selling the resume service to those that are a good fit. Please note: these will be very interested people who are already aware of the pricing.
The writer will meet with clients who have purchased services via Zoom (from his/her home office) to collect information for the resume and any other materials.
The writer will use the information + client’s existing resume to create documents that will secure interviews. The writer will follow Careers by Design’s guidelines and accomplishments-based resume framework.
The writer will provide all documents to the client within 3 business days. The writer will be available to respond to requests for edits and revisions from the client until the final documents are complete and signed-off by the client.
The writer will maintain record of client work in CRM software.
