3PL Resources, part of the Cathay Group, are recruiting Warehouse Operatives with Flexi and Bendi's Licence for our large warehousing and distribution company that is located in Wellesbourne, to work directly for them on a full-time ongoing basis. You will be joining a large but friendly team within a warehouse setting.
Pay rates: £10.50
Experience as a VNA Driver is Essential
Must have Qualification to do VNA/FLT
Must have the Eligibility to work in the UK.
Must be fully flexible
What you will be doing:
- Stacking pallets around the warehouse / organising on to racking
- Loading and unloading HGV / Containers
- Assisting warehouse operatives with picking when required
What we offer:
- 28-day holiday
- Will be paid weekly, working a week in hand
- Receive the same basic employment and working conditions i.e. Basic Pay, overtime rates and Holiday pay and SSP (Based on AWR)
- Pension: After 3 months you will be eligible for our Pension scheme with ‘The Peoples Pension’ however you have a choice to opt out.
- A choice to work more hours when needed be However due to health and safety no more than 60 hours per week.
- 20 min break (after 6 hours)
- One day’s rest from work each week or two days per fortnight.
- For Under 18 cannot work more than 5 days a week, cannot work at night and are entitled to 30 min rest break if the assignment lasts more than 4.5 hours.
- May be an opportunity to become Temp to Perm.
