We are looking for an experienced Truck Driver
Are you looking to grow in business. We currently run units with Detroit or Cummins engines exclusively.
All are 2014 or newer and well maintained. We are looking to partner with serious drivers ready to put the work in to get to ownership.
We have on site shop to ensure you decrease the chances of losing valuable time to earn what you deserve.

We hire Stars so you won't need to waste time in orientation.
We pay weekly direct deposit.
Your pay is 35% of gross to truck after fuel.
After 90 days pay will increase to 40%
Must have 2Yrs exp.
Less than a year we will consider you for a team training position.

Now hiring O/O run Van, Refer or Flatbed. You pick your own loads or we can dispatch for free. OTR or Regional to get you home on weekends. O/O pay is 75% Liability and Cargo Insurance included. If you are having trouble with your current equipment we offer a lease purchase option that will get you back on track!
1 free oil changes per year on us. $50 per month Bobtail insurance available through us and more.

Responsibilities
- Transport finished goods and raw materials
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
- Input “macros” into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a truck driver
- Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc)
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
- Trucking school diploma
- Valid truck driving Class A licence
