Call Center Representative at Channel Partners Group

We are looking for a Call Center Representative who can help us maintain our high standards and provide our customers with the best support.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to handle different topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure they are resolved.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Call Center Representative.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
