We are expanding our team and are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Inbound Call Centre Representatives.
As an Inbound Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary role is to handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and resolve any issues or concerns. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsabilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Stay updated with company policies, products, and services.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as required by the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a desire to help others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
