Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and sales pitches as needed
- Take accurate notes and update customer records as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, handle time, and first call resolution
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
- Participate in training sessions and coaching sessions to improve skills and knowledge
