As an Inbound Customer Service Executive, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing top-notch support. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries related to products, services, and account management.
- Provide detailed information and guidance to customers, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
