Traffic Management Manager at Chris Spratt Multi Utility

Chris Spratt Multi Utility is seeking an experienced and driven Traffic Management Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of traffic management operations within the company. You will be required to provide leadership and direction to the maintenance crew and coordinate the performance of traffic management activities such as road closures, temporary traffic management designs, equipment installation, and any other traffic management related duties.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 5 years' experience in traffic management with knowledge of traffic regulation and management principles
• ( MUST HAVE MINIMUM M1, M2 & M5 ) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Good understanding of operating procedures, safety regulations, and legal requirements
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety regulations
• Qualifications in traffic engineering, civil engineering, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to coordinate various departments within the company
• Efficient multitasking and communications skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office
• Able to work on call and standby
