Our Customers - Getting to know our Customer’s business and crafting a learning journey that achieves their goals, delivers the goods, and cements the learning. We work with more than 200 ‘Fortune 500’ brands around the world, with populations ranging from 1,000-100,000+ users.
We are looking for an Account Director within our Account Management and Customer Success Teams to find and grow revenue within established clients across FMCG / CPG, as well as new verticals and targeted sectors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable nurturing relationships across a number of stakeholders and decision makers within; L&D/HR, Marketing, Sales/eCommerce and Centre of Excellence departments and onboard enterprise digital capability programs for the world’s largest brands. Your main task will be to develop account plans across your 10-15 clients to either maintain an Enterprise level of spend, or grow the accounts to multi-year, £1m+ partnerships.
