We make it happen by focusing on two things:
The role of the Head of Content will oversee and manage the standard of the lesson content created by the Content team at Circus Street. The role will ensure we maintain our high standards of learner engagement by maintaining the tone of voice and style and ensuring this is standardised. They are responsible for designing and delivering a style guide, and managing the commissioning editor, content editors and producers to ensure that standard is maintained and optimised across the entire content creation process. They will also be responsible for ensuring there’s a robust review and update process to maintain the quality of content. Finally, they will work closely with the commercial and sales team to collect and analyse lesson feedback to ensure high standards are maintained.
