We are going to reach new milestones which our Product Mona and we are currently looking for a highly organized, dependable individual to manage several implementation projects focussed on bringing Mona into the hospitals and to build up the Project Management Department
Your responsibilities
- Manage the Implementation of Mona into the Hospital Infrastructure
- Manage the project and the processes therein – including the definition and on-going monitoring of the project
- Manage and Create the Project Plan
- Ensure appropriate communication between the members of the project team and report on project progress and other project specific information to stakeholders
- Collect user feedback and support the Product Management / Development with your design input
- Carry out the management and escalation of risks and issues
- Provide trainings to the Health Care Professionals in regard to the usage of Mona
- Setting up the Project Management department and support the continuous fast-growing of clinomic
About you
- You have completed a university degree in (medical) informatics, (healthcare) management, a healthcare-related field or similar and have at least two years of professional experience working in project management in a relevant area
- You have a passion for digitalizing Healthcare
- You have superior communication skills and experience handling projects in healthcare environment
- You love being organized and developing timelines, are skilled at holding others accountable, managing competing priorities, and know how to escalate project-related issues in a timely manner
- You are business focussed and pragmatic
- You are fluent in English and German, written and verbal
- willingness to travel within the EU (approx. 15 - 25%)
Bonus points, if ...
- you have initial knowledge of medical applications
- you have technical knowledge about
- HL7, FHIR, IT Networks in Hospital infrastructure
