We developed 'Mona', short for Medical On-Site Assistant, an intelligent assistance and telemedicine system for intensive care medicine that supports doctors and nurses directly at the patient's bed. The device facilitates voice-controlled documentation, identifies relevant data, and thus contributes to the faster and better treatment of the critically ill. 

The Opportunity

As a Indirect Buyer - G&S, you will play an essential role and experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will ......

• Be the person responsible for managing all non-strategic procurement processes of the company
• Operationally handle quotation requests, tracing, and processing
• Master data management in our prospective ERP system
• Independently negotiate with suppliers - you can do it!
• Consolidate information about contracts and make sure that they are properly executed.
• You will handle our car fleet
• Have the possibility and the desire to form the way the company works? Great! Defining and implementing SOPs, as well as taking party in building the new ERP Landscape is your opportunity
• With that, you are looking to constantly digitalize the way we are working

About you

• Completed a commercial training / kaufmännische Ausbildung or are equivalent trained
• Experience in the purchase of services and investment goods
• Cost orientated and always keen to find cost reduction possibilities if possible
• With that, you are able to negotiate with suppliers
• Obviously, we assume that you are structured and organized in your work and
• Service orientated towards the internal stakeholders
• Fluency in German at native speaker level/ C1 level certified
