The Opportunity
As Support Manager, you will ensure the coordination and resolution of incoming support requests, both from external customers and for internal issues of mainly German-speaking customers.
- Provide customer support to our customers and assist them with general and technical questions regarding the use of our products and solutions
- Facilitating 1st level and eventually 2nd level support
- Managing and monitoring the change and error messages in our internal ticket system and coordinating the support process in close cooperation with the project management and the development team.
Perform continuous improvement activities Identifying product ideas and approaches for ongoing optimization of our platform and internal workflows
About you
- Completed training in the IT field or several years of professional experience as a career changer in the IT field
- You enjoy active communication with customers, ideally you have already gained some experience in user support (first and second level)
- Excellent communication skills in German, similar to a native speaker, and very good English skills
- Team player, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
- You are customer focused and enjoy helping customers resolve technical issues
- A high level of teamwork and communication skills
Bonus points, if
- You have experience with medical devices
- You have basic knowledge of Linux and management systems
- You have experiance with working with HL7, FHIR and/or IT networks in hospitals
