We are looking for a Product Manager to oversee and drive the preparation and delivery of our product objectives. From coordinating and managing a remote team through to strategic contribution and revenue, cost and people management. This role is equal parts project and product management to support each product and team member through to a successful launch and growth of our product portfolio.

Our flagship product is a SaaS solution that allows designers to discover, save, and share their favorite design methods and templates - creating a simple workflow, the entire design and non-design team can rally around.
Our two supporting products are physical card decks, sent via post and used in workshops and at work by designers to demonstrate the value of UX and Service Design
As a Product Manager, you should have the ability to plan and manage the development project from start to finish, and ensure that the products meet the customer's needs. Ultimately, a top-notch Product Manager will be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Product Strategy – Research best-practice, consult the team and experts and design a world-class product strategy for all products. Provide high quality training and management of the content, design, engineering, marketing and sales team to deliver the strategy on-time, on-budget and at or exceeding expectations.
Logistics Strategy – Research and find the best option for product logistics. Compare the options and document the optimal solution in terms of cost, shipping time, reliability and consistency.
Define and Manage The Vision – Provide high-level perspective, clearly define goals, OKRs and manage against a roadmap to create a world-class vision for ongoing team tasks and projects. Communicate with stakeholders, including customers and the team to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
Manage The Product Backlog – Create and manage the list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives. Map out and effectively communicate project dependencies to inform the necessary sequence of development and ensure the output meets business, user and customer requirements and on-time delivery is achieved by the team.
Manage Team Performance - Provide world-class team performance management to ensure all team members are delivering high-quality outputs in achievement of the primary project or task outcome. Coach and manage slow/poor performance to ensure the team is coordinated and delivering according to the schedule. Manage poor performance, ensuring that all project costs and/or team performance risks are eliminated.
Prioritizing Needs – Run excellent team meetings, coordinate meeting times and collaborate effectively with the team and facilitate prioritisation sessions, clearly and accurately document decisions on scope, budget. Weigh priorities according to the needs and objectives of key stakeholders.
Oversee Development Stages – Manage times to work with stakeholders to identify and organize the steps required for the next iteration. Meet with product/project team on a daily basis to refine the process, identify areas for improvement, and support the sprint and project plan. With the vision, strategy, and product priorities set. Daily oversee the development of the product to ensure seamless product progress.
Act As Primary Liaison – As the primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams. Be an expert communicator at all times, making sure there’s buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategy and clear instructions and deliverables for the delivery team.
Evaluate Product Progress at Each Iteration – High integrity and accountability for each stage of the development process and the final product. Thoroughly inspect and evaluate product progress through each iteration. Make educated and well-informed judgment calls on performance, effectively directing the team to refine before moving to the next stage.
Revenue, profitability and growth - Make clear and decisive decisions around profitability. Guiding all team activities to revenue, profitability and growth improvements. Increasing our active user and customer database through clear actions. Provide plans and actions that ensure. Ensure this occurs on a day-by-day, week-to-week, month-by-month, quarter-by-quarter and annual basis.
