We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help drive our online marketing efforts.

 

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads, while analysing performance metrics to inform strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various platforms.
  • Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO audits to enhance website performance and visibility.
  • Create and curate engaging content for online channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creative assets for campaigns.
  • Assist in managing email marketing campaigns, including building lists, segmenting audiences, and analysing results.
  • Monitor and manage social media presence, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, and social media advertising.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
