Role Overview
This is a part-time, contract-based position focused on supporting and supervising special education providers, rather than full-time direct service delivery. The BCBA will help ensure programs are structured, compliant, and effective for students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
- Example Responsibilities
- Supervise and support special education instructors and service providers
- Provide guidance on behavior intervention strategies and best practices
- Review and help implement behavior plans and accommodations
- Ensure program quality and alignment with student needs
- Collaborate with instructors, coordinators, and school staff
- Offer feedback, coaching, and occasional direct observation
Qualifications - Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience supervising or supporting special education staff strongly preferred
- Background in school-based or child-focused settings
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention and program oversigh
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
