The Educational Logistics Manager will act as the principal conduit between clients and instructors. They will coordinate with clients regarding scheduling, program requirements, troubleshooting, etc, and communicate this information to instructors.
They will hold instructors accountable for their lessons/responsibilities and help troubleshoot any issues on site.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Knowledge of Education / Lesson planning is a plus
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all client paperwork is complete, including service agreements, insurance documents, and tax forms.
- Onboarding new instructors, providing necessary paperwork and guiding them through the process.
- Scheduling programs with clients and tracking schedule changes and instructor hours for payment and invoicing.
- Relaying schedule and logistical information to instructors.
- Troubleshooting logistical and/or technical issues with clients and instructors.
- Creating and maintaining Zoom rooms for remote instruction
- Providing and gathering feedback from clients and instructors
