General Responsibilities

- Lead Sessions: Conduct engaging step dance sessions that instruct students in the fundamentals of step dance, including rhythm, coordination, and choreography, while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaborative performance.
- Learning Environment: Create and maintain a safe, respectful, and stimulating learning environment where students feel valued and inspired to learn.
