Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer interactions through phone, email, and chat. As the voice of the company, you will assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer details and call notes in the CRM system.
- Problem Solving: Provide solutions to customer issues or direct them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Follow-up: Perform follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction and to confirm resolutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
