Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Problem Solving: Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adherence to Protocols: Follow company policies and procedures in all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
